The stylish kitchens include the following appliances: a brushed steel Bosch electric oven with extractor hood, a glass five-ring gas hob with glass splashback, integrated Bosch fridge/freezer and dishwasher, and a combination microwave oven. There is also a washer/dryer located in the hallway cupboard. The one-and-a-half bowl sink is suitable for a waste disposal unit* and features sleek chrome monobloc mixer taps.
The room is lit by white bezel downlighters and under-unit downlighters, and the flooring is oak laminate. Kitchen units are white gloss. Worktops are Vortex Black Quartz, with a co-ordinated 100mm upstand.

Premier kitchens
The penthouse kitchens have integrated appliances, which include: a Siemens stainless steel single multi-function oven and extractor hood, with a glass five-ring gas hob and glass splashback. The one-and-a-half bowl sink features sleek chrome monobloc mixer taps and a waste disposal unit. A washer/dryer is located in the hallway cupboard. Other appliances include a Bosch fully integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a Siemens combination microwave oven and a stainless steel coffee machine. The kitchen units are white gloss.
Worktops are Vortex Black Quartz with a co-ordinated 100mm upstand, and the flooring is oak laminate. The room is lit by white bezel downlights and under-unit downlighters.
Bathrooms/shower rooms and en suites
The contemporary bathrooms are furnished with Ideal Standard white sanitaryware, with Armitage Shanks baths, panelled in American walnut veneer, with Hansgrohe bath/shower mixer taps. The bath has a clear glass shower screen with chrome edges. Showers are Hansgrohe with a white stone resin tray. There is a polished chrome shaver socket to the bathrooms/shower rooms and en-suites adjacent to the mirror, and the white round basin sink has a chrome single lever mixer tap. A marble counter top accompanies the sink and sits below a wall-hung mirror vanity unit with undermounted lighting. A heated chrome towel rail has also been included.
En suites have the same specification as bathrooms, except that they do not have a bath and feature a Hansgrohe Raindance shower and clear glass screen with a polished silver frame.
The flooring is ceramic tiling.
Electrical
Chrome telephone and TV sockets are installed in all bedrooms , living areas and kitchens. Sky Plus is available via the communal satellite dish to the living area and bedroom 1 (subscription not included). A wireless alarm system can be installed by the occupier through telephone and spur outlets in the hall cupboard. There are white bezel downlighters to all bedrooms, living areas, bathrooms/shower rooms and en-suites.
Doors
The apartment door, internal doors and cupboard doors are white oak veneer with chrome ironmongery.
Wardrobes
The bedroom wardrobes are oak with a frosted glass sliding door, and a chrome hanging rail. An internal light operates on opening the wardrobe door. Standard plots have a wardrobe to bedroom 1 only, premier plots have wardrobes to bedrooms 1 and 2 only.
Security
Security at Westrovia includes: a hands-free video entry panel located in the apartment hallway, a key fob and video entry system at the ground floor entrance, recorded CCTV cameras in the parking area and ground floor entrance, timer controlled lighting to external areas and a concierge service. For added security the lift within the car park basement has a key fob access system.
Parking
Each apartment has a designated parking space located in the basement. The car park entrance shutter is operated by a hand-held transmitter and video entry system. There is also space for storing one bicycle per apartment in the basement.
Windows
The windows are double glazed composite timber/aluminium. Bathroom windows feature obscured Cotswold glass (if appropriate).
Heating
Premier apartments have comfort cooling to the reception area and bedroom one. Underfloor heating is installed to all apartments and can be locally controlled via digital thermostats.
Flooring
Oak laminate flooring to hallway, kitchen and living area. Ceramic tiling to bathrooms/shower rooms and en-suites. Carpet to all bedrooms.
Internal Finishes
All walls are painted soft white and ceilings are painted white.
